This lovely original Lorne beach house received a small addition to the rear for extra bedrooms and bathroom which step their way back up the sloping site.

A tasteful period renovation was completed to the existing house including new northern bifold doors and deck, new kitchen and new bathrooms. Blackbutt doors and windows, pine lining boards, terrazzo tiles and cedar weatherboards were used throughout.

Josh and his team are incredibly easy to get along with and we formed a great working relationship right from our first meeting. He knew exactly how to work with the existing house and breathe new life into it without blowing things out of proportion.

The communication was brilliant the whole way through. Josh was always collaborative, open to our ideas, and just a quick phone call away if we ever needed to chat things through. What really stands out now that we are living here is the incredible quality of the finishes. Every little detail and texture feels so thoughtful and beautifully put together, creating this lovely, calm sanctuary for our day to day family life. We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. - Adam
