JCA specialise in complex residential and commercial projects – predominately due to extensive planning controls, bushfire risk, steep terrain, difficult access, land instability and challenging orientations.
The company attributes their successful projects to:
In depth understanding of our client's needs and respect for the building budget.
Site responsive designs that embody sustainable materials and natural textures.
Practical and buildable detailing and construction knowledge.
Network of local specialist consultants, builders, suppliers and tradespeople.
JCA offer full design services including pre-purchase property assessments, development feasibility studies, concept designs, town planning, documentation, thermal performance, tendering and project management. Custom services will be tailored to your specific project needs.
Partnered with several leading domestic / commercial builders, JCA offer design + construct procurement.
Director, Josh Crosbie, holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Honours) and the Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) from Deakin University's Waterfront Campus in Geelong.
