Award-winning Geelong heritage conservation home

Candover saw an extensive re-build and extension to a locally significant late-Victorian dwelling; circa 1890. 

Modern and eclectic finishes helped to reinvent the tiny house, whilst catering to modern family needs.

The projects contribution to conserving heritage values was recognised by the national heritage trust, winning the regional heritage award for 2013.

This lovely renovation was built by Trak Constructions.
