Built in the early 1980's, this original Lorne beach house was outgrown by its family. This tasteful alteration and addition provided extra room but also improved on the functionality and practicality of the existing home.

Classic original features were retained including raw brickwork, straw ceilings, exposed beams and timber cladding so that the character of the house was salvaged, whilst modern touches have helped to create a refined and comfortable home.
