An Architects touch to a 70’s beach house in Anglesea

This modern addition was laid over the original 1970's beach house in Anglesea on a subtle angle to chase north and to provide a nice distinction between old and new.

New hardwood cladding and a feature rammed earth wall compliment the original weatherboard walls, while large exposed rafters and eaves are an ode to mid-century style.
