Luxury architectural apartment build in Torquay Beach

Two Contemporary and luxury apartments almost back onto the beach in Torquay. Forms were generated to maximise the limited northern aspect to the front and backyard space. 

Natural textures and clean lines were desired to create comfortable yet sophisticated living. Building elements include Sandstone, Jarrah, glass, exposed steel and cedar battens.
