A small 25m2 addition has completely transformed this original beach house on the Mornington Peninsula.
A textural rammed earth wall cranks the extension on a 45 degree angle to open the main living spaces toward the north and prized moonah trees, whilst creating a lovely interplay between the old and new.
The wonderfully creative landscaping further enhances the home with huge granite boulders and a series of distinct but functional outdoors spaces.
