Nestled within the treetops, the design’s subtly splaying angles welcome sunrises from the east and sunshine from the north whilst framing extensive views of the ocean and nearby bushland.
An upper-level suspended concrete slab is anchored to the ground by a large rammed earth fin and hardwood cladding, creating a natural and textural frontage to the streetscape.
