New Build, Deepdene
Located in an exclusive leafy suburb known for its large period homes, this new build provided a brief distinct from JCA’s signature coastal work.
Designed in a French Provincial style, the entrance portico, limestone cladding and slate mansard roof represent traditional facade elements whilst the internal courtyard and pool area are clad in native hardwood cladding as a nod to the modern. This central courtyard with pool allows for the rear living area to capture northern sun from the front.
