New Build in Lorne
Sitting above the mouth of the Erskine River, the site boasts expansive views across Louttit Bay to the iconic Lorne Pier.
This sloping site has a busy road beneath and other roads beside and above. Setting the house down into the land with 2 cascading levels was important to achieve privacy from above and capture the views to the front.
The design utilises clean bands of hardwood timber and natural stone to frame the view, whilst allowing the home to recede into its hillside surround.
